Our Classes

Here at Metcon Mauri we have a heap of classes for you to join in. We’re sure to have something that suits you and your goals.

CFX

1 hour long cross-training programme that incorporates movements that constantly vary, high intensity, functional movements drawing on exercises such as Olympic style lifting, body weighted exercises, plyometrics, aerobic exercise plus more.

Oxygen

A 30 minute programme pairing cardio and weight training for maximum capacity. Blast calories and have a blast doing it!

BodyBlitz

A 45 minute workout designed to provide a full-body workout, targeting various muscle groups and improving overall fitness.

Sweat

45-minute, high-intensity workout programme designed to build consistency in daily movement and improve overall fitness, focusing on interval-style training, bodyweight exercises, and light weights with minimal equipment requirements

Sweat Express

Sweat “express” is a shorter version . 30minutes in total. A high-intensity workout programme designed to build consistency in daily movement and improve overall fitness, focusing on interval-style training, bodyweight exercises, and light weights with minimal equipment requirements

Hiitstep

A 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that only requires a step and your body weight. It improves cardiovascular fitness, speed, agility achieving serious calorie burning.

MM Jams

Our take on “open gym” which gives members an opportunityy to drop in and parctise skills or complete the WOD (workout of the day), which will be written up on the whiteboard. Please note open gym is a 1hr period and self-instructed.

Boxfit

A 45 minute workout increasing stamina in the heart and lungs. It is based on the training used for boxing so includes skipping, boxing drills focusing on fitness and toning.

MetaFit™

Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire! This programme aims to get results quick and only requires 30 minutes of your time.

MetaPWR

The long awaited new workout from Metafit™ is here.
MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility and cardiovascular activity.
This metabolic workout using functional equipment and exercises mixed with our unique brand of metafit timings, commands and music is AWESOME!
